Ordering Information

Payment: I now accept 3 forms of payment:

* Check or Money order: Call or email me for my mailing address. Please make checks payable to OrthodoxWeddingCrowns.com. I will need to allow the check to clear before I can ship your order. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks.

*Paypal Payment: If you have a PayPal account, this is a fast and easy way to pay for your order. Please direct payment to ann@orthodoxweddingcrowns.com

*NEW! Credit Card: If you would like to pay via Credit Card, call or email me. I can take your order over the phone, or I can email you a link to the payment payment page.
---Because of the unique nature of each set of crowns, I generate a custom payment page for each order. CC processing is still done by Paypal, but when you follow the link I send you, You will notice that you can continue paying, without creating an account or logging in to Paypal. The charge on your Credit Card will show up as OrthodoxWeddingCrowns.com


Shipping Details: I ship via USPS Priority Mail. You will have the crowns 2-3 days after I ship. If you would prefer I ship via different method/company, please let me know!

Immediate Shipment: Some crowns, as indicated in their description, are available for immediate shipment. Please read the description of that item for details and simply call or email me with your order. See payment details above.

Expedited Shipping: I am happy to over-night crowns to you! Overnight packages are shipped via USPS, unless you request otherwise. In the US, overnight shipping is guaranteed by 3pm the following day and is $25.00 .

International Shipping: I am happy to ship all over the world! While shipping is included in the price for US destinations, I do need to charge a shipping fee for international orders. My formula for international postage: The cost of shipping to you - the average cost of shipping in the US = your shipping charge.
* UK and France, your additional fee, depending on the size and weight of your shipment is $10-$15. All other countries, email me for a shipping quote!

Custom Crowns: When you have found the crown design that is perfect for you, please email or call me with the name of the design. Please include in this email any modifications that you would like to have made (size of crown, color of materials, etc.). I will get back to you with an estimate of the cost and time required to create your crowns. A 50% down-payment is due at this time. Once the crowns are complete, I will email detailed pictures of your crowns to you. Any further changes or modifications to the design must be made at this point. Upon approval of the images, final payment is due. Once the item has shipped and arrived at your home safely, any additional changes will incur an additional fee. I do not accept returns on custom crowns, except under extenuating circumstances.

Can't find exactly what you want on the website? Do you want your crowns to include materials that you provide, such as textiles, gems, pearls, etc.? I would love to work with your perfect crowns. Please feel free to call or email me to start working out the details. Please note that, depending on the style of crown that you desire, an additional design fee ($15.00) may apply. In most cases, there will be no fee to use a different material, including one you provide, with a style of crown already on the website. After our initial discussion, I will get back to you with an estimate, and from that point on, the policies are the same as for regular custom orders above.
