Ordering Information
How to Order:
Most crowns, candles, and accesories can be purchased through a pretty standard "Add to cart" system that many other merchant sites feature. Simply fill up your cart and follow the check-out procedure.
Orders may still be placed over the phone, if you do not want to use the online check-out system.
Payment:
If checking-out via the online shopping cart, You will be requred to use a Credit Card (if you have a Paypal account, you may be able to do an e-check depending on your account settings).
If you have placed your order over the phone or via email, you may still pay with a Credit Card. You may also email me a Paypal payment.
Payment in full must be received before I will ship any order.
Shipping Details:
Flat shipping rate for domestic orders (U.S. and U.S. Territories): $10.00
(ships via USPS Priority mail. You will receive your order 2-3 days after I ship. You will be emailed a tracking # for your order)
Flat shipping rate international orders: $30
(ships via USPS International Priority mail. Transit time is 6-10 days for most countries. You are responsible for any potential import fees. You will be emailed a tracking # for your order)
Expedited Shipping: I am happy to over-night crowns to you! Overnight packages are shipped via USPS, unless you request otherwise. In the US, overnight shipping is guaranteed by 3pm the following day and is $30.00.
Returns: In the unfortunate event that you need to return a crown set, please email or call me first. I will email you a pre-paid shipping label. I require crowns to be returned within 14 days. You'll receive a refund, less postage, as soon as I receive the returned crowns. I will not issue arefund for crowns received past the 14 day cut-off. Returnes are absolutely not accepted on custom crowns and custom engraved crowns. If you have a customized crown that needs some additional attention, simily let me know and I'll make all the necessary repairs ASAP.
Custom Crowns: I'm not currently accepting orders for custom crowns.
