How to Order:

Most crowns, candles, and accesories can be purchased through a pretty standard "Add to cart" system that many other merchant sites feature. Simply fill up your cart and follow the check-out procedure.

If you want to order something that you're not sure if it's in stock, or you want something completely custom, simply email or call me with you question/order. Orders may still be placed over the phone or through email, if you do not want to use the check-out system.

Payment:

If checking-out via the online shopping cart, You will be requred to use a Credit Card (if you have a Paypal account, you may be able to do an e-check depending on your account settings).

If you have placed your order over the phone or via email, you may still pay with a Credit Card. You may also email me a Paypal payment. Or you may mail a Check/Money Order.

Payment in full must be received before I will ship any order. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks.


Shipping Details:

Flat shipping rate for domestic orders (U.S. and U.S. Territories): $10.00
(ships via USPS Priority mail. You will receive your order 2-3 days after I ship. You will be emailed a tracking # for your order)

Flat shipping rate international orders: $30
(ships via USPS International Priority mail. Transit time is 6-10 days for most countries. You are responsible for any potential import fees. You will be emailed a tracking # for your order)

Expedited Shipping: I am happy to over-night crowns to you! Overnight packages are shipped via USPS, unless you request otherwise. In the US, overnight shipping is guaranteed by 3pm the following day and is $30.00 . CALL ME if you need your order be overnighted!


Custom Crowns: Have an idea for a crown that you don't see pictured? Call or email me, and we'll work on the details together! I will probably have a lot of questions for you, so bear with me, and I will soon be able to provide you with the cost and time required to create your crowns. Payment in full is required before I will start work on the crowns. Once the crowns are complete, I will email detailed pictures of your crowns to you. Any further changes or modifications to the design must be made at this point. Upon approval of the image, you crowns will ship. I do not accept returns on custom crowns, except under extenuating circumstances.
